Job Description

  • Responsible for responding to inquiries of customers about our translators' resources.
  • Responsible for the onboarding & staffing of freelance translators around the globe.
  • Respond to requests, inquiries & provide effective solutions on time, elaborate and clarify information.
  • Building a solid global database of translators for long term business needs.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent resourcing and vendor management (preferable in localization industry)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Taking initiatives to respond to challenging situations.
  • Very Dynamic and multitasking person.
  • Good Experience in building a successful business relationships with customers.
  • Team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
  • Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new translation technology tools.
