Job Description
- Responsible for responding to inquiries of customers about our translators' resources.
- Responsible for the onboarding & staffing of freelance translators around the globe.
- Respond to requests, inquiries & provide effective solutions on time, elaborate and clarify information.
- Building a solid global database of translators for long term business needs.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in talent resourcing and vendor management (preferable in localization industry)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Taking initiatives to respond to challenging situations.
- Very Dynamic and multitasking person.
- Good Experience in building a successful business relationships with customers.
- Team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new translation technology tools.
