Job Description
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to generate leads through the appropriate channels (Advertisement, social media, SMS, etc…)
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Responsible of building customer relationships / loyalty
- Liaising with designers, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials
- Generate reports about marketing campaign results once completed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing major or equivalent
- +2 years Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Knowledge about Real Estate is a plus
- Very good in Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills.
- Familiar with all Social Media channels
- Interpersonal skills and creativity skills
