Job Description
As a Female Internal Sales Engineer, you will provide active technical support to the sales team as well as other customer related activities. You will provide proactive, prompt and efficient service to our customers whilst striving to establish excellent technical sales and operational performance. In doing so you will, of course, be provided with the necessary tools and training to carry out your job.

Type of sold equipment :
Rotating equipment ( Pumps, Turbines, compressors).
- Thermal equipment ( heaters, Boilers, Heat exchangers).
- Static equipment ( Pipes, Valves)
- Marine equipment ( Boats, dredging, diving)
- Water Treatments Packages
Some of the job’s accountabilities are:
- Provide technical support to assigned Sales Manager/s and Engineers, interact and interface with the Sales team and external customers
- Identify the customer’s needs, recommend the corresponding material and ensure compliance to technical and commercial specifications in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare, reconcile and validate all offers related to projects, tenders, and orders with special pricing and ensure entries recorded are accurate
- Prepare and evaluate orders, and provide adequate and prompt assistance to customers enquiries;
- Carry out activities pertaining to order processing and documentation.
- Ensure that all relevant sales information and details on orders, conditions, etc., are proactively documented and provided to the necessary parties;
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with vendors and external customers to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least one-year relevant work experience.
- Relevant work experience in an internal sales/technical support role preferably for at least one year
- Female Only
- Giza Citizen
- Experience in Pumps and valves is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written. Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the company and in the sales field.
