Job Description

  • General secretarial work including: Maintaining filing system, scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing e-mails, answering telephone calls.
  • Enter client contacts and update database.
  • Edit documents as needed
  • Receive visitors
  • Receive and handles all incoming mails
  • Responsible for file management (i.e preparing files, archiving)
  • Assist the management in producing requested reports,follow up on different issues
  • Ensure that the meeting room is well organized and tidy for meetings.Take appointment requests to reserve the meeting room
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3-5 years of experience
  • Professional presentable and honest
  • Treat all issues in a confidential matter
  • Excellent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
  • Work under pressure
  • Primary skill in organizational ability, problem solving and flexibility
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) and when and how to communicate depending on the audience
  • Must know how to work in a team and be a team player
  • Multi-task, is able to handle many and various tasks at the same time
  • Responsible and hard worker
  • Excellent computer skills (MSW- Power Point- Excel)
