Job Description
- General secretarial work including: Maintaining filing system, scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing e-mails, answering telephone calls.
- Enter client contacts and update database.
- Edit documents as needed
- Receive visitors
- Receive and handles all incoming mails
- Responsible for file management (i.e preparing files, archiving)
- Assist the management in producing requested reports,follow up on different issues
- Ensure that the meeting room is well organized and tidy for meetings.Take appointment requests to reserve the meeting room
- May perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3-5 years of experience
- Professional presentable and honest
- Treat all issues in a confidential matter
- Excellent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Work under pressure
- Primary skill in organizational ability, problem solving and flexibility
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) and when and how to communicate depending on the audience
- Must know how to work in a team and be a team player
- Multi-task, is able to handle many and various tasks at the same time
- Responsible and hard worker
- Excellent computer skills (MSW- Power Point- Excel)
