Job Description
- Determines annual gross and net-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for different for regions and territories
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Prepare annual business plan with the top management, and set the annual and quarter sales target for the sales team.
- Deliver sales performance and relevant Brands’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and organize various events in coordination with PR department.
- Able to travel inside Egypt to follow up and monitor the business in various branches.
- Attend and assist in abroad business meetings required for market steering.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within sales management.
- Leadership, management and coaching cross functionally or functional individuals and teams.
- Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, time tables, targeting) and operating with execution excellence.
- Operates, leads and facilitates effectively in a matrix organization/environment plus English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
- Recognized as talent developer in sales and Marketing and other commercial experiences within medical equipment industry preferred.
