Job Description
- Specify quality requirements of raw material with the suppliers
- Ensure that manufacturing process comply with standards at both national and international level
- Manage the inspection of raw materials, in order to meet the Quality standards.
- Conduct periodic management review meetings.
- Establish new systems and procedures for quality to confront procedures for production and merchandiser to achieve their targets.
- Reaching objectives to maximum profitability
- Install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect
- Responsible to avoid any failure of quality passed garment
- Ensure that supplier-customer chain is maintained in the production process
- Manage quality team
- Train the new comers and quality employees on the latest quality standards
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering or Applied Art
Experience:
- From 10 to 15 Years of experience with minimum 5 years at quality management.
Technical Skills:
Skills:
- Experience in textile processing technology & procedures.
- Good knowledge & skills in packaging/ repacking material specification standards.
Competencies:
- Possess strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Must have well-developed communication skills.
- Excellent command in English language, German language will be preferable.
