Job Description
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering all requirements from the business, follow up all requests of IT service delivery projects. Analyzes the requirements and make sure the technical teams implementing the right business requirements. Provide specialized support to evaluate their work and suggest ways to improve them for IT technical teams and the business.
- Writing Business requirements documents (BRD).
- Follow up with technical teams to implement the changes.
- Be involved with UAT when it is needed.
- Draw a process map in the BRD when it is needed.
- Giving the necessary recommendations to business to help them get a bigger view.
