Receive RFRs, open WOs, and coordinate work within maintenance team.
Prepare technical and evaluation reports pertaining site equipment.
Review work plans and predict capability of procedures of handling breakdowns and unscheduled outages to minimize stop down times and losses.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures as per scheduled.
Record daily on the Equipment Follow-up Card the hours the equipment worked during the day and calculate the expected time until the next PM.
Follow up all PRs and RRs regarding site RM equipment.
Perform the bi-monthly check-up as per procedures.
Revise PM task instructions and ensure implementation throughout investigation, data analysis and spot checks.
Perform all preventive maintenance checking and implement corrective action.
Responsible for technical failure analysis, and applies preventive procedure.
Follow the division system and ISO procedures and ensure adherence to Reliance standards.
Follow up with equipment tire tracking process.
Ensure proper utilization of equipment and ensure it is working as per designed criteria's.
Follow procedures regarding reports to performance management.
Keep tracking of budgeted equipment variable cost to maintain maximum efficiency with minimum cos
