Job Description
- Coordination with all disciplines (structural ‐ mechanical ‐ electrical).
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish.
- This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
- This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
- Direct and oversee completion of the project.
- Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan.
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans.
- Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
- follow up, stack the planning has the ability to execute the projects the time and solve the problems.
- Manage and monitor the schedule baseline considering the engineering, procurement, financial and construction activities in order to maintain the progress and accomplish projects’ targets.
- Decide on subcontractors’ selection and negotiate terms and conditions in the agreement and execution phases in order to keep effective relationship management with external providers.
- Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures to ensure reduction of material waste and saving of resources.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports to maintain up-to-date project information.
- Manage variation proposals and drawings, and study inventory and initiate change requests when necessary in response to meeting the clients’ requests.
- Manage supplies or materials to complete projects promptly.
- Manage the close‐out phase in terms of scheduling demobilization, testing and commissioning, generating certificates, drafting as-built drawings and operation manuals, variation orders and overall compensation of the project in order to successfully and profitably conclude projects
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering – (Architecture Department/ Civil Department) ∙
- Experience (+15 years) included at least 5 years in the same position. .
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project ∙ Construction background is a Must especially in commercial buildings. .
- Real estate experience is preferable. . Strong communication skills
- +5‐ Years of commercial buildings experience
