Job Description
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management executives.
- Greeting visitors and answering the telephone.
- Receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; performing research, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail.
- Gathering data and compiling various reports for management.
- Conducting projects and assignments.

Job Requirements
This position is required for a Multinational marketing and distribution company which specializes in the Life Science Area and acts with the following requirements:
- Females ONLY.
- Excellent command of English Language (French is an addition)
- V. Good English and Arabic Typing
- V. Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English.
- Previous experience in Commercial Agencies and trading offices is preferred.
- High Experience in office organization.
- Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office.
- High Experience in office organization & Filing Systems.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
