Job Description

  • Working closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations.
  • Responding to bids and RFPs.
  • Articulating (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies.
  • Working with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio.
  • Monitoring relevant databases and platforms to identify potential opportunities and tenders to apply for.
  • Working with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts.
  • Administrating the CRM system.
  • Design and maintain proposals templates.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within software solutions business and preferable in e-learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • Technically skilled with a customer-focused mind and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations.
  • Fluent English Language (Spoken & written).
  • Fluent Arabic Language (Spoken & written).
  • French Fluency is a plus.
