Job Description
- Serves as the primary point of escalation for clients and oversees the delivery of projects.
- Plans, coordinates and leads monthly client status update meetings, producing follow-up documentation, and ensuring client expectations are set and met on a daily basis.
- Manages client strategy and its implementation by the team.
- Leads internal team on assignment and execution.
- Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with an internal team as well as external vendors.
- Works closely with the client’s marketing department, leading up to launch of the client's product or service, and ensures continuous operations.
- Monitors, analyses, and project delivery on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics.
- Accurately estimates time and production costs, using job-tracking tool to monitor internal hours, and works closely with external vendors to determine and monitor deliverable costs
- Manages content and visuals quality and timely delivery
- Manages Social project development, testing, hosting and operations with the technical team and ensures deliverables approval by the client.
- Up-sell / Cross-sell solutions that would enhance customer's success.
Job Requirements
- Experience in project/account management in in a hi-tech/ advertising and/or marketing field, supervising the development, implementation and delivery of digital campaigns, applications and content
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of online and social media
- Bachelors’ or higher degree strongly recommended
- Excellent English language skills & strong grasp of Arabic language
- Team orientation
- Attention to details
- This position requires strong communication skills, experience in client management, and a deep understanding of Software development and digital media advertising.
