Job Description
- Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
- Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Liaising with any subcontractors for payment issues (payment extract).
- Work as a technical engineer at the site for the inside, receiving and delivery in accordance with the drawings submitted by the business consultant and follow up with complete implementation.
- Technical coordination between the engineers of the site of other technical works of Electro-mechanic and other health work and follow-up works of subcontractors and technical conformity of the work according to the drawings.
- Check the drawings and make sure that they are implemented through subcontractors with the required accuracy and coordination among them.
- The work of inventory work on the site and make sure of the quantities carried out on the nature according to the disposal.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering major Civil.
- Good in AutoCAD.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
