Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard procedures for resolving windows and network issues
- Network infrastructure (switches, routers, Access points).
- Maintain and support Hardware / Software configuration: Servers, PCs, Switches, Access Points, Routers, Firewalls and storage system
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
- Install and configure computer Operating systems.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- BC of Information Systems or Equivalent.
- Time management
- Team work player
- Windows servers administration (all versions) is a Must.
- Active Directory Domain environment.
- Linux preferred
- Mail servers preferred
- Windows 10
- Cisco switches and Access Points.
- Certifications like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and A+ is Plus
