About the Job
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard procedures for resolving windows and network issues
  • Network infrastructure (switches, routers, Access points).
  • Maintain and support Hardware / Software configuration: Servers, PCs, Switches, Access Points, Routers, Firewalls and storage system
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
  • Install and configure computer Operating systems.
  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet.
Job Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • BC of Information Systems or Equivalent.
  • Time management
  • Team work player
  • Windows servers administration (all versions) is a Must.
  • Active Directory Domain environment.
  • Linux preferred
  • Mail servers preferred
  • Windows 10
  • Cisco switches and Access Points.
  • Certifications like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and A+ is Plus
