- Support Digital Operations Manager in daily technical and business duties.
- Act as Digital Manager Deputy as needed.
- Develop and maintain constantly changing digital operations agenda with internal and external clientele.
- Coordinate automation agenda with various teams and upper management.
- Interfacing with media/work partners to develop new programs to add value to the business and generate creative new ideas.
- Interface Operations and R&D teams to provide support and general troubleshooting.
- Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management of Information and Communication Technologies or a relevant academic qualification from an accredited University. AUC / GUC / MSA is preferable.
- 0-2 years of professional experience providing technical and business support to teams and/or clients.
- Problem solving and organized mindset.
- Aptitude and interest in database programming solutions.
- Familiarity with digital media planning, buying, analysis, and execution will be a plus.
