Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
- Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails.
- Performing the full cycle of the sales process (Looking for sales leads, Making presentations, Studying the customer needs.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Following up on customers' requests; Ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal. Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
- Expanding the Company's customer base.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
Job Requirements
The following is a must to have:
- Possesses understanding of contemporary project management and planning.
- Ability to achieve tasks and override obstacles.
- Team working and working under extreme pressure.
- Effective solution-finding skills.
- Advanced studies in Project Management & Planning are preferable.
- Vast knowledge about Housing, Real Estate is an advantage.
- High co-ordination, Problem solving, conflict resolution, team motivation skills and techniques are compulsory.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Science/Arts).
- From 1-3 years' experience.
- Negotiating and selling skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Good English.
