Job Description
- Assisting in the administrative tasks related to helping to bring the tasks done.
- Management of the web/Telephone and email based Inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the function.
- Provide day-to-day support.
- Develop a network of operational contacts that will support the work of the Manager
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communications with client. Follow up queries on behalf of Manager and chase feedback till submission.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
- Experience from 1 to 2 Years
- Strong writing, relation skills, professionalism and attention to details, ability to write reports and produce quality presentation.
- Focused and output driven with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multitasks.
- Travel possibility.
- Organised.
- Self motivated.
- Presentable.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
