Job Description
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- leading, advising and managing sales and presales team on multiple Banking/Government accounts
- Ensure and maintain Customers satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business related relationships
- Strive to deliver consistently high performance and achieve sales target
- Provide Consultancy towards banking customers
- Obtain technical and business knowledge on the Strategic Suppliers
- Actively participate in trade shows and seminars hosted by the company
- Perform and follow-up on the integration of products into applications and Mobile solutions
Job Requirements
- Holding an engineering qualification is a must
- Holding an MBA is a prerequisite
- You have 5+ at the Directory/VP level
- You have +15 years of overall ICT-sector experience in direct sales of SW/HW products.
- You’re a moving business champion who is spending more than 75% of his time outside Egypt
- You have end user selling experience (direct touch)
- You have experience within the financial sector
- You have excellent communication skills and a positive, client centric attitude
- You have experience within the Security solutions for Banks
- You are a native Arabic speaker and you're fluent in English
- You have technical knowledge of the IT standards
- You have IT – network security knowledge
