We are a private Cub located in Maadi. We are Looking for an Executive Chef to
- Run our kitchen with a staff of 5 cooks.
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
- Calculate food cost
Job Requirements
- Must poses years of Traceable experience in an International Hotel Chain
- Experience in U.S cuisine is a must
- Computer literate. Word , Excel, Publisher
- English Language
- Ability to motivate and lead the Kitchen Staff
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management Skills
- Ability to calculate food cost
- Event planner
- Presentable
- Age: 50 yrs+
- To be open minded to deal with Pork products is preferable but not required
