Mood Boards

• Design and create mood boards.

General Display of the stores

• Help in creating the display plan with the Art Director.
• Photo shoot all display units according to the plan and make sure they are applied.
• Explain the display plan to Store Managers.
• Train Employees on the display.
• Supervise the implementation of the display in all stores.
• Regular checkups on display in all stores.
• Will have a list of products that need to be in the stores at all times with sufficient quantities.

Window displays of the stores

• Help in creating the window display plan with the Art Director
• Purchase materials that will be used in the display
• Explain the window display plan to store staff
• Change the window display with the help of the store staff

Wrapping strategy for each season

• Research new wrapping ideas for each season
• Create wrapping ideas for each season related to the theme
• Train employees on the ideas and make sure they are getting applied
• Maintain the wrapping quality standards and evaluate the wrapping level of employees
• Test Sales candidates on their wrapping skills
• Create manual for wrapping

Music

• Create playlists that suit each season and theme for stores
• Make sure they are played in stores according to the in-store experience plan

Store Interiors

• Help the Art Director in designing store interiors whether it’s for a new shop or the renovation of an old one.

Filing System

• Save all files on Dropbox according to the filing map
• Create a filing system for all creative wraps, seasonal wrapping ideas
• Save all wrapping training schedules
