Job Description
- Collects items purchased or invoices and delivering cheques or cash.
- Inspect items before collecting them from the vendors to make sure that they correspond to the requirements of the requester.
- Apply company documentation related to Purchasing (vendor price lists, PO and item delivery).
- Fast moving to ensure that all items are purchased on time.
- Communicate with the requester if any details are missing or needed.
- Deliver the purchased goods and spare parts to RM Locations.
- Present Delivery orders and receipts for goods delivered or loaded.
- Provide considered input into the planning process.
- Able to carry out the full range of duties of the Purchasing Department and to do so as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineer
- Safaga or Red sea Resident is must
- English : Excellent
- Excellent Computer Skills.e
