Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Reception of dealers and visitors and to facilitate interviewed the Director General, as well as receiving phone calls, faxes and emails and recorded in receipts recorded in the absence of the Director-General.
  • Receiving correspondence received by direct delivery or through your mailbox institution and give it the history of the series and the reality of enrollment in correspondence records number.
  • Referral correspondence to the competent authorities after submission to the Director-General or his authorized representative.
  • Follow-up correspondence to the Director General to make sure to take the necessary thereon and return it to file its own procedures as defined her.
  • Respond to correspondence in accordance with instructions or orders of the Director General whether internal correspondence related to the institution or correspondence to destinations outside the institution.
  • Correspondence issued by the Foundation set up ready for delivery after giving series of the reality of enrollment in correspondence records number.
  • Remember pictures of outgoing correspondence by the number and sequence in the history file of the year.
  • Remember the image of outgoing correspondence with their prioritization and its annexes of the file according to their nature.
  • Remember the internal correspondence and documents of the Director General of private files, according to its nature and in an orderly manner.
  • Prepare circulars and administrative orders and printing, processing and distribution in accordance with the directives of the Director General.
  • Follow up the implementation and delivery of all reports and administrative commands to the various departments within the organization, including the presentation of the Director General and reporting directives.
  • Perform any other tasks that may be commissioned by the Director-General.
  • Order secretarial archives and official by the full responsibility and all documents, files and documents the organization's assets.
  • Ongoing follow-up to the dates of documents the organization that need to be renewed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Practical experience of not less than 12 years
  • At least work experience in the logistic sector and Administration .
  • Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
  • Flexible and multitasking.
  • Goal Oriented Self Starter.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • High qualification (preferably business administration)
  • High administrative and organizational capacity
  • Work under pressure
