Job Description
- Will lead a diverse team of engineers performing project development, technical requirements review, system support and planning.
- Responsible for the strategic implementation of skills and labor mix; employee development; mentoring; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination between organizations to ensure successful task completion and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities also include horizontal integration of best practices across the organization; maintaining cognizance over technical activities; and ensuring execution of project statement of work and baselines.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computing / Electronic Engineering;
- 4+ years of experience including 2 years working in Software Project management position;
- Fluent in English and/or French;
- PMP certified or on path to certification;
- Excellent command of project management principles and practices;
- Experience managing software development and deployment projects;
- Ability to supervise multiple projects, including reviews, KPI definition, reporting on performance metrics and risks and setting overall relationship with the right stake holders at the client side;
- Excellent presentation skills.
