Job Description

  • We need an executive secretary and assistant will work in all the company's sections.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Job Requirements

  • Experience 2-5 years or more in secretary works. Working on all the office programs.
