Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Help users in organization to do their tasks effectively and efficiently as well as to identify.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by end users of various areas such as, desktop systems, users applications, ERP applications, co-location network communications, Internet and other computer technology.

Min. 3 years of practical experience in providing Level one of technical and network support for a non technical users
Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN , PCs & servers hardware with specialized experience in help desks operations in a multi-server environment
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Must have experience in: ERP Applications (Axapta 2012) - SQL Server - Domain Server-Security System -Backup System
