Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.
Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work.
Duties may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input an management, product training or other related tasks.
Need to explain and demonstrate to customers what they are offering is worth buying.
Have complete understanding of the product and have to describe its uses and qualities in details.
Have to give a presentation and show to the customer how the item works.
Have a thorough knowledge of the competitors so that they can show how their products superior are.
Have to place orders for the client and also deals with complaints and their resolution.
Enter and update proper records of sales and order information.
Be in touch with suppliers and check on the inventory.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

This position is required for a Multinational marketing and distribution company which specializes in the Life Science Area and acts.

Requirements:

Graduated from: Faculty of science (either Biotechnology, Molecular biology, biology, botany, zoology or biochemistry), Pharmacy, Veterinary, Agriculture
Excellent communication (and listening) skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Able to travel frequently
Multi-tasks and Teamwork ability
Ability to Work under stress
