About the Job
  • Oversee all company administrative and logistics activities.
  • Serving as the primary receptionist (answering phone calls, directing and assisting visitors)
  • Coordinating the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain all contacts management databases aOnd systems.
  • Support the country manager in administrative functions related to development, including all administrative tasks related to clients.
  • Bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable, on a daily basis and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Assist with event and program preparation, planning and execution.
  • Provide basic IT support to staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Very good English skills.
  • Age: 28 years old or less.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or any related field.
  • 3 years minimum experience in administrative, offices, accounting and IT support fields.
