Job Description:
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and support about products.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- They are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.
- Study & finalize all the technicality part of all projects & tenders, also preparing all technical offers.
- Weekly contact with the project’s consultants.
- Technical backbone for all in-hand projects.
- Provide complete turnkey solutions including the supply, installation, maintenance and after sales services for our products.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
- Providing product education and advice
- Attending trade exhibitions
- Provides coaching and professional development to the member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Solution Preparation/Management Proposal based on Customer’s Requirements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical
- Language: Excellent English Language skills (Read/Write/Speak)
- Skills: Office (Excel, word & PowerPoint) and internet skills
- Experience in this field: from 3-4 years in selling UPS/Diesel Generators/Distribution Transformers/HVAC or similar products.
