About the Job
  • Design, implement, and conduct salary classification and compensation program.
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
  • Forecast budget for salary increases
  • Advise on salary increase requests
  • Conduct competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure
  • Develop the Company policies & procedures according to the Business need for the company
  • Conduct occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale
  • Create Monthly Deductions Sheet (Attendance Deductions, Penalties Deductions, Other Deduction) to be calculated on the Monthly Payroll
  • Gather payroll variables (overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.) on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and execute payroll runs through the system and distribute pay-slips.
  • Work closely with departments to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Administer benefits invoices (Medical, Life Insurance, etc.)
  • Annual income tax reconciliation.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
  • Prepare monthly reports (HC, Turnover, Taxes and Social Insurance, etc.).

  • Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Ability to make periodic reports.
  • Education Bachelor Degree in accounting or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 10 : 15 years
