Job Description

  • Team leader is responsible for team members target value achievement.
  • Close mentoring for inbound & outbound calls for each team member.
  • Sales team leader should advice sales agents with strengths & weakness regarding his presentation skills.
  • Sales team leader should enhance sales agent closing techniques.
  • Sales team leader is responsible for organizing time & daily work tasks in order to allow his team members to achieve sales target.
  • Guide his team members towards positive attitude & professional way of communication.
  • Provide sales manager with suggestions & future vision that improve sales cycle.
  • Provide management team with reports regarding his team performance & areas of improvement for each team member.
  • Team Leader is responsible for arranging sales agent’s daily schedule & vacations approvals.
  • Team Leader is responsible for assigning tasks, sales booths attendance & sales agent location distribution.
  • Team Leader is responsible for preparing action plans in case of sales agent low performance.
  • Insure Sales manual implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Males and Females
  • Heliopolis, Maadi, New Cairo or Nasr City Residents.
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • University graduate
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentable
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Field
