Job Description
- Lead, guide and monitor Sales team performance and direct team towards total sales target achievement within requested time lines.
- Attend regular scheduled business meetings team leaders and sales in order to analyze performance, solve constraints & create new ideas.
- Provides timely feedback through regular scheduled business meetings to senior management regarding performance. And recon mended actions to improve sales figures.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans on individual as well as team level for effective search/use of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Understand and perform all measurements to cover all Sales team training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales team members’ sales and activity performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales team members.
- Manage general sales team morale and intervenes when needed.
- Handle all escalations within the sales team or with any other department.
- Adheres to all company policies & manual instructions procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruits, tests, and hires Sales team members based on criteria agreed upon by senior management through interview that arranged by human resources.
- Responsible for making sure all information about Competitors projects, offers or handling tips are cascaded to sales team.
- Ensures that clients are being treated professionally.
- Approving schedules and leaves while always monitoring shift/day manpower and making sure this won’t affect sales targets achievement.
- Recommend effective sales plans for senior management team in order to improve revenues.
- Provide senior management team with suggestion that lead to manage organization costs.
- Insure Sales team leader manual implementation.
