Job Description
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Receive works, report discrepancies and propose solutions
- Project Analysis and preparation.
- Monitor and control for cost running projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Preparation of follow-up reports, to measure the progress of projects within the implementation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Evaluate and control of the assigned project schedules and performs schedule development, maintenance.
- Monitor the planning/scheduling activities with minimal or no supervisory oversight.
- Prepare project schedule (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering- Construction Management Department is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera.
- Perform a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English language is a must.
- Attention to details.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
