Job Description
- Organize and Archive Documents.
- Maintaining employee records on database.
- Document controlling and filing.
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents
- Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
- Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient
- Responsible to process all submittals and input into the system.
Job Requirements
- Very good in the English Language.
- The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office).
- Bachelor degree.
- Familiar with Egypt Labor Law.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in document or records management.
- Experience working with many file types.
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents.
- Basic understanding of construction documents.
- Males Only.
- Welling to travel.
