Job Description

  • Primarily assists the Sales team, focusing mainly on ensuring availability of all related meetings and requests.
  • Responding and coordinating all correspondences related to tenders, preparing technical and commercial offers.
  • Follow up on all expired sent quotations and sending reminders to clients.
  • Planning, coordinating and scheduling meetings for the sales team with clients and prepare all related meeting materials.
  • Assist the sales to create the ORS (Order Request Sheet) Form and then review the form thoroughly.
  • Filing, archiving and recording the progress of business trends, translating them into reports as requested from the direct manager. Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work as well as client and agents database is well maintained and updated.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquirers, by telephone, fax and email, preparing checklists as required.
  • Study technical specifications and prepare the technical documentation as required by sales team.
  • Perform tasks as per direct managers instructions

Job Requirements

  • Females
  • Bachelor Degree holder in commerce
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in printers is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, organized, fast learner, a can do attitude
  • Excellent command in English Language
  • Punctual, discipline, hard worker
