Job Description
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Build and lead the quality team
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Detailed project planning and control
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan..
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Providing status reports to CTO
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing program.
Job Requirements
- Software programming background is a must
- Strong skills of project management
- MS Project knowledge
- At least one programming language knowledge
- Oracle or SQL Server knowledge is a plus
- Good Communication Skills
