About the Job
  • NS developments is looking for a professional sales agent to be involved in the selling of our many properties. Agents will be responsible for finding sales leads, consulting with leads and persuading the clients to buy a property in one of our amazing developments
  • As a sales agent with NS developments you will be using negotiation and persuasion tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals.
  • Your job will be to assist in the finding of new clients as well as convincing all leads that NS developments is the right development company for their property purchases.
  • You will be making appointments with prospective clients to show them our properties and invite them to our show room to further discuss their many options.
  • You will be involved in reporting to upper management in order to proceed with purchase when buyer is ready and willing to pay the agreed upon price.
  • You will do all of this with the utmost level of professionalism and friendliness to ensure the buyer experience is pleasant and worry free.

Job Requirements


  • University Educated Preferably in the Business field.
  • Must have a Car.
  • 2+ years of property sales experience with proven success.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Knowledge about property sales in Egypt.
  • Completely Computer literate and strong in all Microsoft domains.
