WANTED: Energetic, organized, customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who can blitz through the work, juggle multiple tasks, all in a day! Sound like you? Then our role within our HR team could be for you.

- Providing a professional and efficient recruitment service across our multiple business sites
- Delivering support to our hiring managers
- You'll be responsible for brand monitoring, vacancy advertising, and administration, candidate care, interview preparation, coordinating employment checks and continued process improvement.
We offer a professional working environment where change is a constant. You will be the key member of the in-house recruitment service and the wider HR team.This position will be based in Cairo at our Shared Services Center.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Fluent English
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion and confidentiality as an underlying value set
- Explicit customer service ethos.
- The person we are looking for enjoys working hard, is a quick learner that thrives on supporting the overall recruitment process, whilst always looking for new and innovative ways of doing things.
Additionally, you will ideally have in-house or agency recruitment administration experience and be savvy with e-recruitment tools and social media platforms.
