Responsibilities:
- Selling and Customer Support Activities, Pro-active calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to complete the outbound calling campaign assigned (vendor surveys, greeting new customers, promotional campaigns, IM customer programs information, customer profiling, etc.)
- Administrative Activities, Maintain detailed notes and relevant information on calls placed to respective partners
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
- Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
- Understanding of IT/distribution industry is an advantage
- Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
- Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability also required
- A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
- Effective time management skills
- Multi-task and respond to rapid change
- Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
- Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally in an accurate and professional manner
- Ability to report and project accurately and according to agreed timeframes
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
- Attention to details, good selling on the telephone and time management skills
- Good planning and self-organizing skills
