Job Description

  • Generating invoices for transactions, maintaining expenses records and cash accounting for the office.
  • Maintain general organization of physical paper records in the office as well as online document organization
  • Payment of bills including, but not limited to, phone, internet, electricity
  • Retrieving accounting records from the bank, accountant and filing and payment of period taxes on behalf of the Company
  • Maintaining office supplies of stationery, cleaning and bathroom supplies, food and drinks
  • Picking up and dropping off company materials such as printed materials, standing banners and other supplies
  • Generating payroll and keeping track of employee data and contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Stellar Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Grit, can-do attitude, passion and energy
  • Experience in accounting, compliance and/or taxes in Egypt is a plus
