Job Description
- Generating invoices for transactions, maintaining expenses records and cash accounting for the office.
- Maintain general organization of physical paper records in the office as well as online document organization
- Payment of bills including, but not limited to, phone, internet, electricity
- Retrieving accounting records from the bank, accountant and filing and payment of period taxes on behalf of the Company
- Maintaining office supplies of stationery, cleaning and bathroom supplies, food and drinks
- Picking up and dropping off company materials such as printed materials, standing banners and other supplies
- Generating payroll and keeping track of employee data and contracts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Stellar Organizational and Communication Skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Grit, can-do attitude, passion and energy
- Experience in accounting, compliance and/or taxes in Egypt is a plus
