Technical Writer

• We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.
• He/she will join the Khabeer’s family of talented HIS experts and work collaboratively with internal teams (Developers, HIS Implementers, Doctors, Managers, Sales and Marketing) to obtain an in-depth understanding of Khabeer products and the documentation requirements
• The main target is to produce and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Main Duites:

• Develop a keen understanding of our audiences (technical, semi-technical, and non-technical audiences) and determine the needs for documentation accordingly
• Study Khabeer HIS products carefully and deeply and gather info from product managers, implementers and developers
• Construct documents and write content in easy-to-understand language (English and Arabic)
• Create user manuals, tutorials and training materials to help end-users use a variety of Khabeer HIS applications
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Revise and update documents regularly to accommodate any arising issues and feedback gathered from end users
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
