Job Description
Main Duties:
- Manage the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
- Evaluate marketing reports and sales data compiled
- Present regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
- Work with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
- Organise and attends company-wide and marketing events
- Assist in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorship.

Job Requirements
- BCs /BA in marketing, business administration or Engineering
- Experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
