Job Description

  • Manage all activities and operations orders and actions done through company’s website,
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • And managing agendas for upper management
  • Responsible for Build; manage the operations cycle the company website
  • Responsible for Manage the logistics & stock cycle to ensure quality service to customers
  • Responsible for Hire new members in macksab Egypt team
  • Responsible for Manage the delivery cycles to ensure the shipments are delivered to the customers on the specific time.
  • Responsible for Mange the Receiving complaints and customer inquiries that are sent to the site through (mails) (phones) and follow up and ensure the customer to receive response in the fastest time.
  • Responsible for All data Upload in macksab.com , Generate the content if need
  • Responsible for Macksab Egypt Office Administrator
  • Responsible for submit weekly report to high management
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies & vendors and Tracking websites orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, Administrator/ Operation websites or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

In addition, we need someone who can start immediately, and work full-time in our office.
