Job Description
- Develop, manage, and operate an effective and efficient annual strategy for the division and to be updated as necessary
- Meeting the required standards and quality of storing the goods, and developing the required documentation.
- Create an efficient filing mechanism to ensure data maintenance.
- Supervise the team through action plans to implement the service level of agreement.
- Periodical supervision of the inventory items and development plans to control inventory permanently.
- Implement the rules of warehousing based on the specific commitments and based on the requirements of the service level of agreement.
- Develop a system for the ongoing, outgoing and delivery.
- Allocate warehouses keepers according the projects in need.
- Perform any tasks required by his superior within the operations activities of warehouses’ responsibilities.
- Perform periodical (weekly/monthly) reports to the direct manager upon achievements and performance of action plans.
- Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
Job Requirements
- Commerce Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience in the same role
- Must have experience in MEP construction companies
- Expert in MS Office & ERP System
