Job Description
-Daily monitoring and proceed with sales, Discounts, Returns and payments collection transactions.
-Communicate with store managers regularly.
- Perform accounting tasks for retail and ecommerce.
-Responsible for month end close process to ensure timely and accurate retail financial statements. Perform daily activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, Bank reconciliation, expenses recording, etc.
-Prepare and submit accounting reports in a timely and accurate manner.
-Log accounting information accurately onto the system in order to maintain a high level of information quality and accuracy.
-Assist in the annual audit Reviewing reconciliation of payments and records in ERP.
Review petty cash and post-transaction on a monthly basis.
-Manage accounting close for both the ecommerce and Retail business
-Review and prepare inventory accounting adjustments for retail items sold in the stores
-Review and prepare rent accounting analysis and manage rent accounting schedules for retail sites Perform random stock counts.
-Review of the B2B and ecommerce daily process, analyzing and preparing transactions.
-Maintain daily Accounting details including procedures, reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation.
-Communicate as necessary with retail store managers to validate compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in Jewelry and / or fashion retail or retail.
- Obour, Al-Shorouk, Heliopolis, 5th settlement or nearby residents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good to Very Good English.
