Job Description
- Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications to ensure applicants’ qualifications meet the job requirements.
- Develop company policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
- Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration.
- Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new recruitment channels and giving recommendations to the HR supervisor.
- Conduct phone, online communications, headhunt and in-person interviews internally and globally.
- Interview applicants for (Entry, Senior and Managerial) levels and preparing scoring reports.
- Administer and coordinate pre-employment tests, room bookings and all required material regarding technical interviews.
- Prepare, modify and send job offer emails for accepted candidates and answering queries about compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for orientation and onboarding process
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Build and maintain organization charts with rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of policies and procedures.
- Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
- Postgraduate Diploma in HR or an accredited HR certification is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience (white & blue collars), of which Extensive knowledge of using relevant social media platforms to source candidates.
- Previous experience administering screening exams, skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Very Good English language literacy
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office)
- OD solid knowledge is Must.
