Job Description
- Administer the agency's clients' social media marketing and advertising.
- Plan and execute plans to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media platforms, e-mail, etc...) Handling posting, moderation… etc
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Create social media strategies to achieve clients' marketing targets including SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, tactics, determine brand persona & brand voice.
- Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
- Co-operate with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Content management
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs, SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required. (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
- 3 years of experience in the direct marketing environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with people in various functions and at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated and presentation skills are excellent
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Computer Skills: Efficient Microsoft Office capability
