Job Description
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Track, report and review the Quality Performance Indicators on a regular basis to drive continuous improvement
- Manage cost of quality
- Monitor process capability against specifications and drive improvement utilizing statistical tools
- Conduct effective root cause analysis and implement corrective action and preventive action plans
Consumer Complaints/Quality issues resolution
- Ownership of customer consumer complaint investigation and resolution
- Lead SSMT investigations at the plant
- Escalate early warnings per policy
Leadership of quality at the plant
- Development and training of plant quality and sanitation team
- Development and training of other local team members
- Work with the plant leadership team to ensure all quality programs and systems are implemented
Main Responsibilities
- Lead teams to ensure that execution of day-to-day work assignments are accomplished on time and within given requirements/standards
- Lead the development of the team to ensure service standards and capabilities are continually improved and upgraded
- Suggest improvement of the QMS for continual alignment with business needs changes
- Update, disseminate and control quality objectives, policies, processes and forms to ensure Quality alignment and consistency of work
- Plan for and perform internal / external audits and regular monitoring of KPIs across the organization,SLAs and records in order to verify and monitor the compliance to established quality standards and best practices
- Promote quality culture and awareness through the establishment of a Service Improvement Process
- Group (SIPG) that enables nominated employees to implement quality initiatives efficiently and Effectively
- Participate in analyzing and reporting audit results and process measurements to discover areas for improvement and consolidate audit reports for direct supervisor review and recommendations
- Review and implement external Quality Management System certification bodies’ recommendations as needed and corrective / preventive actions identified internally to ensure QMS continual improvement as per business needs changes
- Prepare for the management review meetings (prepare agenda, invite attendees, prepare presentations and materials, etc.) and follow-up on effective implementation of decisions and recommendations to enhance QMS on a continual basis
- Develop and seek approval of quarterly management update reports, including KPIs, improvements,audit results, and other activities related to the QMS to document Quality achievements as required

- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- Certified: Six Sigma, ITIL , ISO LeadAuditor 9001-45001-14001
