Job Description
- Develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression design documents from concept to construction for new and renovated
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Develop Life Cycle Cost Analysis during conceptual design to evaluate various HVAC systems
- Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC and Plumbing designs
- Perform studies for HVAC and Plumbing systems, evaluations, findings, develop solutions
- Oversight of the activities of designers and drafters engaged in the design of facility systems
- Provide technical quality reviews and ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, Codes and Standards
- Coordinate work between multiple project disciplines
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of Carrier HAP Program
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferable:
- 10th of Ramadan / ALSharquia resident
- Past experience in Oil & Gas field
